English Speaking Fixed Date Programme

We have arranged English speaking fixed date programmes. These are dates where we book a number of places for English speaking customers and where the group will be accompanied by an English speaking person from England. Alicja Drewnowska will act as a coordinator and focal point for the group. The two week holiday dates are as follows.

Programme.

o 5th June - 19th June

o 11th Sept - 25th Sept

The Forests beside the ReGen Centre

A typical stay would be as follows;

WEEK ONE

o	Arrive at the beautiful city of Gdansk on Saturday afternoon on a scheduled flight from London Heathrow, via Warsaw or direct flights from Stansted by Ryanair and Luton by Wizzair
o	Saturday mid morning transfer to the ReGen Health Centre. Check in and orientation of the centre.
o	On the Sunday or Monday you meet the doctor behind the programme, Dr Ewa Dabrowska, who gives a talk on the whole concept and her methods and lifes work on this subject.
o	An opportunity to to meet the visiting doctor and where an individual programme is recommended.
Typical programme for subsequent days at the Centre
o	Morning walk and stretching
o	Time for checking blood pressure, sugar levels and weight
o	Breakfast
o	Conditioning exercises in groups, depending on fitness levels
o	Lunch.
o	Leisure time and optional activities, including a regular hike.
o	Supper
o	Talks, Lectures or demonstrations.
o	Time for massage and sauna

This follows a similar pattern with the following specifics;
o	Monday Lecture by Dr Dabrowska on “ Food and its influence on our health ”
o	Excursion to the Kashubian National Scenic Park with a visit to Kartuzy, a small town famous for its medival Monastry and Church
o	Visit to the local Botanic Gardens.
o	Evening with folk artists or musicans
o	There is another excursion available to Gdansk, visiting Oliva's Cathedral and Michel's amber workshop.
o	Talk by the residential chef on cooking methods and some of his recipes.
