Lovely to hear from you.
Yes the year started very good! I HAVE to tell you this, on the 13 th of this
month I had to go to the hospital,
for a check-up on my heart.I had on ECG done and a heart scan, and guess what?!
there is no irregularity,the doctor said your heart is perfectly normal, there
is nothing wrong with it.
I am so extremely happy,as in the summer of last year I had frequent heart problems
and the
ongoing atrial fibrilation was something I had for about six years!!!! I do
suscribe these results
to my fortnight in the centre. The examples we were given and the nutritionist
information,
helped me so much,to get back on track, in the beginning it was quite a bit
of work,finding and gathering receipes
,but now,our diet is so much more varied and of course we have our own organic
vegetables from our garden.

my clothes have shrunk in some mysterious way........and I feel very happy.

I explained it to him like this, you have your car checked-up regularly and
you watch,
what
kind of fuel you put in your tank, so that is what the regen-centre is all about.

My daughter and I are doing all kind of experiment with healthy food.
She switched from take aways to much more healthier eating.
D. is eating soya yogurt in the morning instead of sugary one so you
can hear we were very inspired of our stay
in your center which we loved. It was privilileged to meet you and learn to
know you.

For your interest I have had no repercussions as to my particular problem
and am indeed feeling as happy and postivie as I have ever done.
Again, I think this must be in part due to the complete change in diet
and in taking regular exercise no matter the weather.
I think I must have set a small record in going around that lake 25 times
in two weeks. It was my feet that got blisters not my intentions!

of all I want to thank you for the two wonderful weeks we spent at the
ReGen Health Centre in May.
We enjoyed in thorougly (I from day 1 - Jon from day 4! ) and it did us
so much good and in so many different ways
that I could write a long article about that but will spare you for that now.

Hi Alicja
I have been on the diet since I left, or mostly.. I have had some chicken
and fish, and a few glasses of red wine and beer. Yesterday I ate 2 slices
of bread and I noticed a change to the worse on the skin my hands today
(looks like fungus infection, I believe it is the yeast in the bread).
I can say that my and my families eating habits have changed dramatically
after I was in Poland. Now I only buy healthy food with no preservatives,
colorurings or any extra "bad stuff". And the fruit/vegetable/beans
recipies
from my new healt book are really delicious.. and even the kids eat the
"green stuff" :)

You are doing good things in Poland. I often think about Poland and I miss
you all at Golubie.
I was very disappointed with the 10 days retreat in New Mexico.
The days and evenings were long.
We had wheatgrass juice at 7 o'clock in the morning and raw food
for other meals.
I didn't feel any better in my body or my soul after my stay there
like I did after my stay in Poland.

When i left golubie, I lost 4 kilos. After 5 days in Krakow where I behaved
myself and now after 1 week at home,
I find I have lost 2 more kilos. So you were right about most weight loss occurring
in the 3rd week.
I feel very motivated to continue with the diet as I look so much better in
my clothes and they fit.
I,m really very grateful to the centre for the weight loss and I expecially
enjoyed our group.
I hope you will come and see me if you are my way.

We left home early April and returned mid June. Singapore Australia NZ.
We did so much - Linda was like a young girl again - we've seen wondrous wild
life, spectacular places and had scrumcious food.
- I even found Beetroot Juice & fresh squeezed carrot.
I swam in the deep ocean 10 miles off of Kiakora in NZ amongst a pod over 200
dolphins
- a life changing experience. I could not have done that before Poland THANK

My results of my allergy blood test came back from Liverpool
and it confirmed I was foods sensitive to 3 x higher than the norm
but that I did not have ceoliac disease which was a comfort.
I am keeping to the gluten/dairy free diet and have not put any weight back
on but have not lost any either.
I am looking forward to a kickstart again to lose a bitm more for the sake of
my leg.
The Dr. said yesterday that there was nothing else that could be done for my
legs. . . .

Just a note to say hello and to say how wonderful I have been feeling since
I left Golubie on 10 June! The four kilogrammes that I lost has stayed off
without difficulty and, apart from alcohol, I have changed my diet nearly
completely and am eating more sensibly and healthily. And it is all thanks
to you! I am not even tempted by wheat, sugar, refined products and dairy
foods any more. However, I do miss your inspiration - I could do with a
week at Golubie every month!

I am so proud of myself and love being thinner and I hope more shapely!
Actually I prefer to prepare food in the way that we were taught at Golubie
and with a plastic lunch box to hand it is really quite easy and so worthwhile.
Can now manage to wear the dress that I wanted and have not worn
since my sencond honeymoon! now ten years ago.
I wonder if that will bring me good or bad luck, I hope it will lay to
rest the ghosts of yesteryear!
